LEGAL · PLAINLY WORDED

The fine print.

Written to be read. These are the real house rules — what we collect, what we promise, and where the limits sit — kept in plain language on purpose. The bold words open each clause; the sentences after them are the actual terms. They were drafted at the workshop, not on a law firm’s letterhead — if a fine point matters to your business, have counsel read along. Questions go to hello@bathgowns.com. A person answers.

01 · POLICY

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 17, 2026 · BATH GOWNS LLC, 202 CENTRAL AVE, BRADFORDSVILLE, KY 40009

1 · What we collect. Very little, honestly. If you ask for a trade quote, we get what you type: name and email (required), plus company, phone, who the robes are for, quantity, timeline, cloths and embroidery interest, and your message. If you email or call, we have whatever you chose to tell us — and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for about 30 days, for security and debugging. Your shopping bag never reaches us at all: it lives only in your browser’s memory, is never saved or sent anywhere, and empties when you close the tab.

2 · What we use it for. To answer you — that’s nearly the whole story. Quote details let us price and plan your order; emails and calls let us make, ship, and stand behind your robes; logs let us keep the site up and spot trouble. We don’t build profiles and we don’t keep a marketing list — no newsletters, we only write back.

3 · The lawyerly framing. European law asks us to name a legal basis for each use, so here they are in plain words. We handle your quote and order details because you asked us to make you something — that’s “contract.” We keep short-lived server logs to protect the site — that’s “legitimate interest” — and we hold tax and warranty records because the law requires it, which is “legal obligation.” Anything beyond those happens only if you say yes, and that’s “consent,” which you can take back anytime.

4 · What we never do. We don’t sell your personal information, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising. There are no ad pixels and no analytics suites. We do use Termly for cookie consent, and optional tawk.to live chat only after you allow that category. Fonts are served from our own servers. The current list is on the cookie policy.

5 · Who we share with. Only the few hands the work requires: our hosting provider serves the site and holds the logs, our email provider carries the mail, and UPS or USPS deliver your robes. Payments never run through this website — orders are arranged by email or phone, and cards are handled by the payment processor named on your invoice, so full card numbers never touch our systems. If the law lawfully demands information — a valid subpoena or court order — we comply, and hand over no more than required. Every provider may use your information only to do its job for us.

6 · How long we keep it. Order and invoice records: 7 years, for tax and warranty reasons. Quote requests and correspondence: 24 months, so we remember what we discussed. Server logs: about 30 days, then gone. When a period ends, we delete.

7 · How it’s protected. Everything between your browser and this site travels encrypted over HTTPS. We’re a small team, and access is need-to-know — the person sewing your robe sees your embroidery spelling, not your whole file. If we ever confirm a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of confirming it; where GDPR applies, we also notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours, as the law requires. The longer story lives at Trust & Security.

8 · Your rights, everywhere. Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you; correct it; delete it; hand you a copy to take elsewhere; restrict or object to how we use it; or withdraw any consent you gave. Email privacy@bathgowns.com and we’ll answer within 30 days, free of charge. Asking never costs you anything with us — no worse service, no cold shoulder.

9 · European visitors. If GDPR applies to you, everything above works the same, and you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — though we’d welcome the chance to put things right first. Our servers sit in the United States, so your data crosses the Atlantic; when it does, it travels under data-processing agreements that bind our providers to use it only for us, and it stays under everything promised on this page. We don’t have a Data Protection Officer — at our size the law doesn’t require one — so privacy@bathgowns.com reaches the people actually responsible.

10 · California and other states. State privacy laws give you the right to know what we collect, delete it, correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing — and since we never sell or share personal information for advertising, there’s nothing to opt out of. Send requests to privacy@bathgowns.com; an authorized agent may submit one for you. California requests get an answer within 45 days where the law allows it; everyone else hears back within 30. We will never treat you worse for asking.

11 · Not for children. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Ordering takes someone 18 or older — or a parent or guardian ordering for you. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write privacy@bathgowns.com and we’ll delete it promptly.

12 · When this changes. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and meaningful changes get a plain-language note on this page. We won’t quietly rewrite the rules and hope you don’t notice.

13 · Talk to a person. Questions, requests, or doubts: privacy@bathgowns.com, or call +1 (364) 209-8792, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern. Post reaches us at Bath Gowns LLC, 202 Central Ave, Bradfordsville, KY 40009. A person answers.

02 · AGREEMENT

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 17, 2026 · APPLIES TO BATHGOWNS.COM AND EVERY ORDER WE CONFIRM

1 · The deal. Using bathgowns.com or ordering from us means you accept these terms — the current version always lives on this page. You need to be 18 to order; if you’re younger, a parent or guardian places the order. If something here doesn’t sit right, write to us before you order.

2 · What this site is. A shop window for robes we cut and sew in Bradfordsville, Kentucky — retail for U.S. customers, and trade quotes for hotels, spas, and boutiques through the quote form. There are no accounts and no checkout here: the shopping bag lives only in your browser’s memory and empties when the tab closes. Real orders are arranged the old way, by email or phone.

3 · Orders & payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email — until then, it’s a conversation. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and sales tax is added where the law says so. We invoice by email, and card payments are handled by the payment processor named on your invoice — full card numbers never touch our systems.

4 · Obvious pricing errors. If we misprice something obvious — a $9.80 robe — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the typo. We’ll tell you what happened.

5 · Custom & trade work. Embroidered and custom-labeled robes are made to your spec and can’t be restocked, so they’re returnable only for defects or wrong personalization. Trade quotes hold for 30 days from the date issued, and trade lead times run 3–6 weeks depending on volume. Trade orders ship FOB Bradfordsville — meaning the order is yours once the carrier collects it from our workshop.

6 · Shipping & returns. The practical promises — the 30-night trial, exchanges that ship the new size first, and free repair of seams, belts, and loops for the first two years — live at Shipping & Returns. That page is part of these terms, promises included.

7 · What you send us. When you send a quote request, write us an email, or tell us something on a call, you promise it’s accurate and yours to send. We use it only to answer you and to prepare your order — the full story is in the Privacy Policy.

8 · What’s ours. The words, photographs, patterns, and the stitched-circle mark on this site belong to Bath Gowns LLC. You’re welcome to look and share for personal, non-commercial purposes — but please ask before reusing any of it commercially. Write to hello@bathgowns.com; we’re usually agreeable.

9 · Fair use of the site. Use the site like a person: no scraping at scale, no trying to break or overload it, no impersonating us or anyone else, and nothing unlawful. That’s the whole list — we don’t think it’s much to ask.

10 · What we promise — and don’t. We stand behind our cloth and sewing, exactly as the guarantee at Shipping & Returns says. The site itself is provided as-is — we can’t promise it will always be up, fast, or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the site, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don’t allow those limits, so they may not apply to you.

11 · Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us for the order involved — or $100 if you paid us nothing. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, like lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits what can’t lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12 · Governing law & disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and disputes go to the state courts sitting in Marion County, Kentucky — your right to small-claims court stays intact, and there’s no arbitration clause here. But talk to us first: most things fix over a phone call to +1 (364) 209-8792.

13 · Changes to these terms. If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and meaningful changes get a note on this page. Continuing to order after a change means you accept the new terms — the current version always lives right here.

14 · The housekeeping. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stand. If we’re slow to enforce something, we haven’t waived it. You can’t assign these terms to someone else; we can, but only as part of a sale of the business. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns are the whole agreement between us.

15 · Talk to us. Bath Gowns LLC, 202 Central Ave, Bradfordsville, KY 40009. Write to hello@bathgowns.com — or trade@bathgowns.com for trade — or call +1 (364) 209-8792, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern. A person answers.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Shipping & Returns

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 17, 2026 · U.S. ORDERS · TRADE ORDERS FOLLOW THEIR QUOTE

1 · Shipping. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $120; otherwise a flat $12. Robes leave Bradfordsville within 3 business days and travel via UPS or USPS. International: not yet — ask, and we’ll tell you honestly.

2 · The 30-night trial. Sleep on it — literally. Within 30 nights of delivery, return any uncustomized robe for a full refund, even washed. We’d rather you be sure.

3 · How to return. Email returns@bathgowns.com with your order number; we send a prepaid label. Refunds land within 5 business days of the robe reaching us.

4 · Exchanges. Wrong size? We ship the new size first, with a return label for the old one, so you’re never robeless.

5 · Repairs. Seams, belts, and loops are on us for the first two years — free repair or replacement, our call. Wear from honest use after that: we’ll quote a fair repair.

6 · Custom robes. Embroidered or custom-labeled robes are yours for keeps unless we made a mistake — defects and wrong personalization are always made right.
