04 · POLICY

1 · What a cookie is. A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember a choice or load a tool. This page lists the cookies and similar storage bathgowns.com actually uses.

2 · Consent (Termly). We use Termly to record cookie choices. Termly sets necessary cookies so the banner, your accept/decline decision, and the Cookie Settings control work. Optional categories stay off until you accept them. Scrolling is not consent. Reopen choices anytime with Cookie Settings in the footer.

3 · Optional chat (tawk.to). Live chat is optional. The tawk.to widget is classified under performance / functionality and is blocked until you allow that category. If you decline or later withdraw, the widget should not load and we clear tawk storage we can reach from this site.

4 · What we do not run. No advertising pixels, no analytics suites, no sale of personal information, no cross-context behavioral advertising. Fonts are served from our own servers. Card payments, when they open, will happen on Stripe-hosted Checkout, not as a card form on this site.

5 · Quote form. A quote request is sent to the workshop over our server and email provider. That is personal information we use to answer you. It is not a cookie. Do not type card or bank numbers into the form.

6 · Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) about 30 days for security and debugging. Details live in the Privacy Policy.
